What is villa fura?

Villa Fura is an inclusive housing and care project where 8 adults with disabilities live together in a modern home in Tervuren.
Each resident has their own studio and shares common spaces with others, such as the kitchen and a terrace. With support from De Kerselaar, residents gradually grow towards greater independence.
All residents actively participate in society and work—either supported or paid—in and around Tervuren.

Villa Fura combines housing and care—something that was not possible under previous regulations.
A model pilot project for the future of inclusive living.

Our mission

Everyone deserves a safe home and a place in society. Villa Fura was founded by a group of parents who wanted to create a sustainable future for their children.
We believe that everyone—with their talents as well as their limitations—can build a happy and meaningful life.
